Edith Head

She is the greatest Costume Designer of all time. She worked nonstop and had an amazing career. Appropriately so, the costume building at Universal Studios backlot is named after her. I stumbled upon these illustrations from her book "How to dress for Success". Edith started as an illustrator before she became a designer. Unique and defined, lady and a half.

RUBY SPARKS

Ruby Sparks is a film I worked on last year; I finally got to see the finished product this weekend and I LOVED it. Zoe Kazan is one of my favorite actors and this film is also her screenwriting debut. I was extremely lucky to work on the costume team with the amazing Nancy Steiner.
